The National Alliance for Partnerships in Equity (NAPE) is a consortium of state and local agencies, corporations, and national organizations committed to the advancement of equity and diversity in classrooms and workplaces. Through its four lines of business—professional development, technical assistance, research and evaluation, and advocacy—NAPE strives to achieve its vision of creating equity and access in educational options that lead to the entire spectrum of career options for every student. NAPE’s professional development opportunities include the Program Improvement Process for EquityTM (PIPE), Micromessaging to Reach and Teach Every StudentTM, and the Focus on Counselors InitiativeTM, as well as professional development opportunities developed for individual local education agencies (LEAs) and addressing a range of equity issues and topics.
