Remember, this module is only the beginning! As you know, change takes time, effort, and persistence. Sometimes we implement strategies and don’t see immediate or dramatic results and we think we have gotten it wrong. However, sometimes what we perceive as ineffective is really the groundwork that leads to program culture change and growth over time. Look closely, observe carefully, and analyze new data prior to giving up!
