  2. Categorize a micromessage that has been sent as a micro-inequity or micro-affirmation.
  3. Interrupt micro-inequities and increase the effectiveness of micro-affirmations.
  4. Inoculate ourselves and others from the damaging effects of micro-inequities.
  5. Practice the effective use of micro-affirmations in the classroom.
